I paid for item + express post on sunday, they stated they would send it tuesday, It was sent the following tuesday 1 week later & I have still not received the item. They now say they have refunded me when they have not. Would Avoid dealing with! Pathetic!

Supposed to receive between 18-21/08 (item send from Sunshine Coast to Brisbane)
Contacted the seller on the 19th as I haven’t received any updates and they said “I’m going to check this tomorrow”
Never got back to me on the next day.
Contacted again on the 21st asking a refund. They said that “the item was sent but no tracking information yet”
Monday 25th I received an email saying that the item has just been sent.
Terrible costumer service and experience.
