Delicious protein
I was told to add more protein to my diet and get some whey powder. I bought the chocolate malt favor and mix in skim milk. Just like a milkshake and it really keeps you satisfied. I will be buying monthly.

Cant wait til fall
My mother made quince jelly every year so when we bought a farm we bought two quince trees. Each year they are loaded and just a fraction of the fruit is used. I saw this book and now I know next October will be filled with quince aromas going thru the house. If you know what a quince is, this book is a must. If you don't, you are missing out.
Great history of the quince as well.

The Foaling Primer by Cynthia McFarland
This is a great book. I just took in a mare and foal from my horse rescue, and it's been years since I worked with a foal. I needed some guidelines to refresh my memory. I built a 60x60 paddock for them, and the book said they need an acre, so I wish I'd gotten the book before the horses... But they are doing well. I just needed to know when the foal is ready for certain things.
