Perfect for a deck railing

We wanted a way to mount flower boxes along the railing of our deck during the season without drilling holes and attaching permanent mounts. This product is perfect for that. I have not seen another one like it. The mounting arms simply drape over the top ledge of the railing, and a support brace below the arms keeps the holder securely snug and quite level. Be advised, though, that the top ledge of the railing cannot be more than 5 1/4 inches wide. Ours is exactly that width, and we had to extend the arms to their maximum length. Also, the lower brace does not allow for a lot of depth, so we had to center the boxes over the support posts. We found that 30" Pennington window boxes fit perfectly and look really good with these holders.
