I'm located in Melbourne Australia and all my items are here in Melbourne.

No drop shipping, no stock photos ( which means the seller doesn't hold the product! ) no waiting from overseas!

I have set my handling time to 1 day ( 2 max on bulkier items ) more often than not I can post same day or next day! ( sat morning post as well ).

all my products are sent with tracking via AusPost so we know they will arrive and when .

All books are bubble wrapped sent tracked and carefully handled .

AusPost fees for small to medium size books are $10.90+ .

I usually absorb this cost myself and am still open to reasonable offers !

The item arrived as described. However it was not in any kind of protective packaging. I realised it was used and not in a box however being wrapped in brown paper without any kind of protection it did arrive a bit damaged.

Hi ! It really pays to read the listing which, with this item , was clearly described as used and damaged with no packaging . I think maybe you are confusing me with another seller as i don't own any brown paper , all items are bubble wrapped, boxed or both . Given that you've had the item for over 2 weeks I am bit disappointed with your feedback .

The silicone rubber top is disappointing . A plastic lid would make this product much better. I bought one and used once because of the lid .
