Good tool for the "back yard mechanic" for sure.
I use it to clean off the rust from exhaust manifold studs, split the nut, apply heat and spin them off, saves time and effort in not having to replace the studs.

No big deal if you know how to problem solve.
I had to fabricate a bushing using a 4" long piece of 1 1/2" diameter nylon and bore a 3/4" hole through the center in order to thread in a 4" long 3/4" (NPT) pipe nipple into the bushing to mount the exact antenna you showed in your advertisement, besides that it works great.
