Item was marked as Buy Now or Best Offer; seller didn't respond to any of the offers that I made but when the offer timed out I decided to buy it anyway. It arrived as described & undamaged in a smalll plastic envelope two days before the earliest delivery date. It fits the shaver and shaves OK; my newly purchased Braun has lasted over 18 mths now and still cuts well, I don't know how long these replacement heads will last & stay sharp for only time will tell.
