Shipped two orders together in same box but charged shipping for both when one item was just an embroidered patch. No communication, just threw the patch in with the metal baskets. Really disappointed that charged shipping for two orders.

I shipped the items together as promised in my listing but did not receive any messages about the shipping and payment was already made before I could send a modified invoice. A direct message would have been a good idea but no messages received. I am always more than happy to help with partial refunds for shipping costs for combined items. No messages received about it.
