  Unfortunately the wrong sized battery arrived, but the seller was very prompt, polite and helpful. Because of the time it took to arrive (not sellers fault, it was a battery and had to travel by sea), I asked for a refund which was agreed with and the payment was back in my bank within a few days.

  Battery arrived fast and well packaged with layers of bubble wrap. Within 10 minutes I had it installed and it works terrific. The tools were a nice bonus, but I'd be careful using the screwdriver on any screw you dont want stripped. I'd def purchase from this seller again given the great experience I had.

  These batteries are an excellent replacement for the Olympus original battery. The item was also very well packed. However, on the downside the shipment, while within promised time, was on the slow side and came with some useless gifts - I'd rather see seller focus on delivering quicker than useless gifts which go into the rubbish bin.
