A must have for medical studenys
Almost done this book. So far it has been extremely helpful in the whole residency process. I feel more prepared and eat less worried than I was before.

Great pump
This pump gets me as much milk as the hospital pump. Compared to my wearable pump I have much less discomfort with this because I don’t have to keep the suction high. The ice pack also stays cold for more than 10 hours which is perfect for my on my long work days. Great value especially with all the extra items that come in the box compared to the insurance provided pump
