Great!
I bought this remote after I bought one that was a bust and I'm glad I did! The size is perfect, the length of the wire makes it easy to sit anywhere comfortably without worrying about disconnection and the style is neat! I'm thinking of buying a 2nd and maybe even a third since we have two XBox Ones. I recommend 100%!

Good backup
At first we noticed how bulky it was. It's not very comfortable to hold while playing and it also lags at times which can get frustrating while shooting in certain games. We ended up ordering another control, using this one as a backup. It works just fine on apps like Netflix or Hulu as well. I also noticed that if it was left plugged in to my Xbox, the XBox would turn on by itself. So if I wasn't but home the XBox would be on that entire time.
