I hope it lasts
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this because I need a simple and cheap set-up while I am getting started with my small solar system. It easily fits my Pure Energy 130 Ah Lead Crystal battery, I just hope it doesn't break. The plastic is very flexible and the handles dig into my hands when trying to carry with a 32kg battery.
One of the terminals was loose when it arrived however only took a minute to tighten with the tools I already had out for installing the battery.
I don't know if it said it was water resistant, however I will be ensuring it is covered in wet weather, the external battery terminals, volt meter and circuit breaker are definitely not weather resistant.
The wiring and connections appear to be good quality, in-line fuses are provided in addition to a 10A circuit breaker.
I have only hooked it up and tested with my battery and fridge once, all worked perfectly, like I said in the title, I hope it lasts.
