  Delivered promptly and was well packaged, described product was delivered - very happy with the overall experience. Unfortunately there was a bit of damage - the 'ON/TIMER/OFF' switch was broken off, which meant I had to partially dismantle and glue it back. There's no way of telling whether that was like that, or damaged in transit; it was an easy fix and works well now- so no harm done.

  Made a mistake ordering 3 units in stead of2,when they arrived I saw my error ang e mail seller on 2 separate days until I got email from you saying"seller does not accept returns" ,very disappointed will think twice about buying with you again!!!

  Hi sorry your upset regarding this. I don't accept returns usually as private seller. However I would have made an excception in this case. I have checked my messages and genuinely do not have a message from yourself. Possible you got an automated reply from eBay as I have neither read nor replied to a message from yourself.
