Great Resource
I bake bread at least once a week and I've been using this book for several years as my go to bread book. The recipes and techniques are concise and consistently yield good results.

Wonderful Spanish Cooking
If you like Spanish food this is a great book. The recipes are authentic and great. Measurements are both in U.S. weights and measures and in metric. The roasted garlic and rosemary lamb with potatoes is a great spring recipe.
Beautiful pictures and great recipes. What else can you ask for?

Lots of good hard to find recipes
This book has nice descriptions and stories behind the recipes. I especially like the rhubarb tart recipe. It is a family favorite.
