I have been selling refurbished laptops on eBay for over 20 years. I was an engineer at HP's Workstation division for 25 years until I retired, So "I know some stuff about computers". I described what I sell as accurately as possible so that there are no surprises.

Just what the Doctor ordered
This new base was well worth the effort to replacing it. The hinges had pulled out of the original base, making the laptop almost impossible to use. The new base was a perfect match for my model C655D-S5337

Best Bang for the Buck
Wow, this this little generator really delivers!! 800 watts, 4 stroke for under $300, you just can't beat than. We're using it to power / recharge the batteries in our Pop-up tent camper. It easily handles that. It also is able to run a small 5000 btu window AC unit (~4.5 amp). It's not silent, but was definitely quite enough to run at the campground.
