Best companion to the Bible!
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm not going to lie, when I first started this book I was a little bit worried I had made a mistake and was reading yet another dusty old book that was going to be boring. Boy was I wrong! If you can make it past the first few chapters to the supplement on the first few chapters, I think you'll change your mind. I have learned and understood more about the Bible since reading this book. (Every point made is backed up by tons of scripture, so don't worry about reading someone's opinions) I do wish that the print was a bit larger, but I assume it's because the book is 1009 pages long. Read it in small bites because it is a LOT of information. I love reading it in an organized book form rather than having to flip around like in a normal commentary. If you want to understand the Bible better, this is the book you need!
