Everybody must read and adopt this philosophy!!
Its is really a excellent book. I would recommend to everybody must read and adopt this philosophy. I strongly believe small decisions made everyday or every moment can make a huge difference in the long run. I'm started adopting this new logic in my life on daily basis. eg: I want to loose 5 pound weight (), instead of focusing on the end goal, I am focusing on daily discipline of running for 20-30 min. I'm 100% guaranteed that I will loose the weight and reach my goal. Please read or listen to this book. I listen most of the time while driving. That time spent will be really worth for whatever growth you want to reach!!!

must read for every property manager
This book can bring great knowledge about property management. Ken has nicely utilized personal property to highlight about certain kind of calculation/estimation. Overall i highly recommend this book to every property managers as well as multifamily property owners.

Every parent must read!!
This is a awesome book!! Lessons are worth for the life. I highly recommend this book to all the parents who have kids between 1 to 10 ages, this teaches a great alternative ways to engage your kids.
