Disc scratched
The DVD arrived well packaged, but the DVD was not properly secured in it's case and was rattling around in there. There were two small abrasions on the disc. I realize that they can come loose in transit, but two small pieces of Scotch tape could have prevented that from happening.

Easy to install, good value.
I installed this in about 25 minutes, works like a charm. Chrysler has a lifetime warranty on these switches because they know the originals are defective only problem is you have schedule a time with a dealer and get a ride back or wait an hour or two and needs all that hullabaloo. It's easier just to buy the damn the thing and do it yourself, there's a few videos on YouTube that will show you how,

Comfortable and well fitting.
I've been wearing this brand of jeans found at Costco and they are my favorite. I wish it was easier to find them in my size but Costco seems to have scaled back the availability of them. Very good value for the cost.
