  Being notified by Ebay is essential to maintain a good feedback rating. I was not notified a transaction happened until I was sent a message by a buyer after I had already received negative feedback. To top it all off the auction in question had expired and I was unaware that I had any active listings. Been on Ebay for about 22 years and NEVER had this sort of thing happen. I rarely spend time on here and I will spend even less now.
