I bought this top and had it delivered to my parents house over 4 hours away… when I came to my parents house 3 weeks later I went through all my post. I simply asked what the tracking said I wasn’t accusing them of not sending it or anything and got such a rude reply I am actually shocked. They accused me of wanting to get my money back .. the top was £16 I would hardly go to the effort of fraud for this.

Negative feedback left within minutes of requesting information about the whereabouts of the Burberry top. I informed the seller I was surprise she hadn't been in touch sooner as the top was sent 3 wks ago, and I would happily look up the tracking details and refund accordingly as it was only £16-. Sadly you just can't win with some people. 15 years of positive feedback what a shame this has been left when I have only tired to help. eBay has been informed of this unnecessary negative feedback.

Lovely item - survived despite the (way too tight) packaging that burst at one end!! Although some of the gilet was hanging out, luckily it was in damaged. Would advise to take more care with packing. I paid £7.50 - don’t feel the way it was packed was justified.
