We have made some changes so that this 1 in 300 never happen again, however, it is pretty unfortunate we are given a negative tag over the delivery company's mishandling. As I provided the photo of the product seconds before shipping out with no damage and the added base sheet at no additional cost.

Enjoying my earbuds
6 of 6 found this helpful You may go online and find a review that say it's not loud enough, my response to that is...are you trying to go deaf in an hour? Well I will say this much, I absolutely Love Music and the sound quality is all there. Design isn't bulky like other products or hanging down out of your ears like some invisible cord is dangling from it. Now is the software perfect? By all means no. I believe it could use a true equalizer, however the presets get the job done.
My 1 complaint would be that the software should remember your setting for ambient noise and stay that way till you change it, not change every time you take them out. Otherwise, excellent job Samsung.

Everything I was looking for
After several other headphones had pretty much failed us, we found the Level active to be just what we were looking for. Working out with the Level active being water resistant allowed all my cardio to not affect the performance or functionality of these wireless connective Bluetooth headsets. Connect to your phone or media player is simple. Even the Level app is very user friendly. Volume and play pause options directly on the head unit itself makes it easy to adjust the value, pause, and play your music at your fingertips. White or Dark Gray (Black) options keep the choice in color simple. To find quality like this for under $100 is a absolute plus.
