Thumbs up to thumb tacks
Sturdy enough for the purpose I use them for - to push through a cork stopper in a glass vial to ensure the cork seals securely.

A good variety of world coins to satisify the curious.
A large variety of low value coins from predominately Asian, African and South American countries and a small amount of space-filler collectables thrown in for good measure. Would suit the novice collector or a person interested in world coins for their aesthetic appeal, perhaps as an educational tool for children.

Better than nothing
Fairly unrealistic thunder sounds that repeat in a very short loop coupled with a simple strobe light that similarly repeats.
There is a switch to govern the speed of the strobe but again, lacks the randomness of lightning to offer much in the way of authenticity...
The unit is mostly of plastic construction and appears that if it were dropped from ceiling height, or less, it would most probably break.
