  Item arrived quickly and really well packaged. However the tape deck was not working as described. I tried to work this out with the seller but alas we could not find an agreeable way forward. The listing stated that the seller would not accept returns, so I am left with the item. I hope to be able to get the deck working by replacing the drive belts. Fingers crossed as it is otherwise a great tape unit.

  Buyer claimed the fuse had blown and item could not have been tested, but it had been in use for several weeks prior to the sale without issue. The buyer then said "Would you be willing to issue a partial refund, perhaps £10 to reflect the item's untested condition?" but made no mention of any issues, when this was pointed out he then started to make complaints.. Buyer didn't request a return, in fact he said "I have got it now and there seems little value in me sending it back"
