great book
The book had a lot of useful suggestions for dealing with stress in the workplace. She shared many examples and the book was easy to read. It was organized in a way that you could refer to it later. I would highly recommend it.

1 of 1 found this helpful The book was full of great illustrations and easy to follow instructions. It was well organized and full of new ideas. The book was broken down into managable sections and would make a great gift for a scrapbooker.

Great resource
Great resource if you are following the Nutritarian guidelines. It gives the necessary information without all the details.
