Oregano Oil instead of Anti-biotics works for me
I love using the natural alternative oils. I was filling my own capsules, but tried this brand for vacation / traveling. I loved it. It works for me. Stay healthy and take these whenever you begin feeling you are coming down with something that would end up requiring a Dr Visit and anti-biotic medicine. I take it the same way - for 10 days. I don't recommend taking everyday, just when you need extra protection or to clear up a bacterial problem. Love this brand.

Pathetic Book - Do not waste your money.
Don't bother reading this. You can hear the "jest" of it on the talk shows or Network news. There is no more to it. She blames everyone else and takes ZERO responsibility for her bad reputation and real reason she lost. She must have lost her mind as she is completely out of touch with reality. In my opinion. Sorry I bothered with the book.
