DO NOT BUY. Seller did not pay full shipping costs - I had to pay. They refused to reimburse me and were extremely rude by ebay message. He tried to explain that he'd sent me a better quality item by mistake, however it was the exact item I'd ordered. The seller said I could return it but I'd have to pay for the return shipping and he wouldn't refund me the extra cost to receive the parcel in the first place. POOR.

Absolute nightmare, made courtesy call to explain all and offer free return label but buyer was intent on being a pain and has lied in feedback, we have reported him as he was nice on the phone but very abusive and bullying in messages

Product arrived with a broken pump,packaged in a tesco cornflake box with no protection on the pump.I contacted seller to be told that I could return it but would have to pay p+p.After to+frying I decided to take a refund,seller saying that he would keep £4 of it to cover p+p,but I could keep Product This was a gift so no good to me at all.I have contacted them since because no sign of the refund. The package was ordered on 3rd December, recieved 5th December +still waiting for my refund .
