Very Impressed!
5 of 5 found this helpful I have been shooting more video and had been using my 5D3 and 7D2. I have many of the L lenses but bought the 18-135 to have a more versatile walk around lens for the cropped body. Plus, the USM works great for video. I found myself really wanting the tiltable LCD so picked up this package. Since I already had this lens, I gave the one in this kit to my son for his 70D. By far the biggest feature of this package is being able to tap the LCD screen to focus on what you want. It does a really great job and can actually sense who is talking in a group. How it does this is beyond me. I have been shooting town council meetings and it is simply perfect. If there are several people sitting in a row, just tap the screen to focus on the one you like. Previously I had to use manual focus for just about all of these events. This camera package has totally simplified the process for me and the images are excellent even at 640x480. I could not be more pleased!

Incredible lens you should own!
1 of 1 found this helpful Absolutely awesome lens! Incredibly sharp, even at f4. I love the compact and light size. I actually would pick this one over the 2.8 model even if they were the same price. Just extremely sharp compact and light weight. Awesome very long lens on a cropped body. I also got the 1.4x extender and the quality drop off is minimal. You can get to something like 450mm in 35mm film equivalent. With this and the 24-70 you can do just about anything. Take those two lenses and travel around the world and you are covered. If I had just one lens, this would probably be the one even though it is a bit longer. The quality is mind blowing! Get one! Craig
