I had an overall good experience with quick shipping and great packaging, but I’m a little bummed that a few stones were missing. The missing stones were shown in the photos, and the condition of the item was listed as used, but I wish that the description specifically disclosed the damage missing stones because I missed it in the photo. Ultimately, it’s my fault for not identifying the damage, so my experience was pretty good!
