It arrived broken in 3 parts (insufficient packaging to protect it), but the seller replied within a few hours and refunded me immediately, as they were not able to ensure a new one would reach me within 2 weeks. So, good customer service, but insufficient protective packaging

Item is not identical to product displayed. The faces on the bottom of the doona are very blurry and printed bad. Picture I'm the middle of the blanket are fine. Also did not come in any packaging which was weird as it states it is brand new. Contacted seller about delivery wait, also about pictures. Was refunded $10. Daughter is happy with it, she did notice the disfigured lol dolls on bottom.

Appalling customer service. Purchased my item over a week almost two weeks ago and it has still not been posted. Slow to reply to messages and when you ask about parcel they just say it is coming but I can see that the parcel has not been recieved at aus post yet. I would NOT buy from this person again. This was a gift so hoping it will arrive in time. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
