Works great until it decides to stop working
I received the washing machine and used for about a week, it performed nicely before it won't turn on at all. The control board died.
Called up Samsung (Yeah, don't bother will getting in touch with retailer) and their response was quick. Not 1 day guarantee quick, which is what Samsung guaranteed and failed to deliver, but still within the week. So I guess within reason to most people.
It's back up and running for another few weeks now and it's doing good so far.
My wife have been praising its steam function. Apparently the items would dry quicker after a cycle with steam.
