  First they blamed AusPost (item not even posted), then few hrs later faulty stock levels (out of stock for a month but still selling). Offered refund but didn't pay. I pointed out item page still had stock, pls send. They ignored me, changed their eBay name, emptied their store. I emailed yet again - finally refunded as 'buyer request' to protect their preferred seller status. Have reported as fraud to eBay but BEWARE - they have multiple stores for same items. Don't waste your time or $$$.
