Classic Story Telling
I love this film. It is your classic American rags-to-riches success story. Outstanding acting, a believable story line, and, of course, the pulse-pounding fight to the finish make this one of my favorite movies.

Great Glasses!
I am very happy with these glasses. They are stylish, a good weight, not thin, I wash them only with the sponges that don't have the scrubber side on them (so I don't start scratching the surface) and the continue to look very good.

Modern Version of a Classic!
Well done, sometimes gripping, enactment of the H.G.Wells' classic novel. I thought the special effects were excellent, and the pace of the film was very good, with one exception. I felt the scene where the people were hiding from the alien invaders in the basement was too long and slowed down the overall effectiveness of the movie. Other than that, it is a great film!
