Don't waste your money... even though it's cheap.
1 of 1 found this helpful O.K so there were initial adhesion problems with this protector. Despite following the video instruction and having applied many of these protectors before it simply did not adhere to well. After leaving it in place for a while it did start to stick so rule of thumb is be patient. After 24 hrs the fit and finish was generally pleasing but for a couple of really minor blemishes by the edge.
If the review stopped here it would be 4 stars. Unfortunately a couple of days later I'm looking at the protector and it's very soft and susceptible to incidental scuffs and scratches. I keep my phone in a pocket on it's own, not with keys, not lolling around loose in a bag. As such there shouldn't be any contact with anything hard. This type of screen is usually resistant to all but the harshest of cuts and generally self heals. Not this one unfortunately. After a couple of days there are a number of scores and rucks in the screen that I simply can not explain.
This triggered me to see how hard it was to scratch. To my absolute amazement a very gently scratch with a fingernail is all it takes to scar the surface. It would not stand a chance against a key or a coin.
There aren't many options for a Pixel 2 XL protector out there yet, don't make the same mistake I did and buy a cheap one out of desperation. Avoid at all costs.

Don't buy a flex.
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a premium feel product with a bargain basement app and hardware.
There is so much lag on the recording that the most you can hope for is 2 seconds of the back of a burglars head as he's finished losing his van and made of with the entire contents of your house. It false alarms about 30 times a day. The mounting bracket isn't worth including in the box if you want external use. The WiFi is so weak you almost have to sit it on top of your router. Without an overpriced subscription the 2 second recordings aren't of any use to man or breast. Oh, and the quality of the footage... 1080 they say. I say think about a Nokia phone circa 1995 and you're about on par. I literally can not think of one good thing to say about the flex. Buy at your peril.
