Lexmark 100XL Genuine Ink cartridge set of 4 100 XL Black Cyan Magenta Yellow

No reply on problem

I ordered the color ink for my Lexmark. All the colors snaped in fine except the magenta color. I've never had a problem with it before. I wrote to ask about it and got no reply. It seemed like a good deal for a printer I can no longer find ink for but I am still short one color even after $40. I wouldn't buy again.
