Perfect!
The product is as described and of very good quality. I am really pleased. I use it in my RV, so it is very nice that it folds flat for storage.

LOVE IT!
6 of 6 found this helpful I love the washer. The clothes come out very clean. I only use the "soft" setting for agitation, as the "normal" setting looks to me as though it would be rough on the clothes.
There were the following issues I had to solve:
- The filling hose that comes with the washer is a joke. The material does not stretch to go over a faucet, and it is the thinnest, wimpiest plastic hose I've ever seen. I replaced it with a hose and faucet fitting from a home improvement store.
- The washer has a pump to help it drain, however, the pump isn't very strong. With the washer sitting on the floor, I did a little testing. At first I had the end of the drain hose hooked over the edge of a bucket. That was too high for the pump. I lowered the drain hose a few inches at a time until it worked. The end of the drain hose could be only about 6" off the floor. I resolved the problem by elevating the washer and leaving the bucket on the floor. That's better for my back, anyway.
- The instructions from the company are ATROCIOUS. They give details about things that are obvious, such as the timer switch (doesn't everyone know that you twist a timer switch like this one to set it?), and omit details such as how to rinse the clothes while spinning. I've seen bad instructions before, but I think these are the worst.
- The instructions say that there are lines in the tub to indicate low, medium, and high water levels. There are no such lines. I guessed.
- I don't recall instructions from the manual about amount of detergent to use. I was successful with two tablespoons of liquid Tide and 1 tablespoon of Clorox 2 in the tub. I used the water in the tub more than once before I drained it. (That is, the washer will take 4 or 5 t-shirts at a time, for example. I ran about three "loads" of t-shirts before I thought the water needed to be replaced.)
The issues I've listed were annoying the first time I used the washer, but once resolved, the washer works like a champ!
