Poor quality and design

The item I received was not the same as the item pictured. The dish drain is not as heavy duty as my old one. Also, Rubbermaid now makes it with a narrow, oblong silverware holder that does not work as well as the square holder. The silverware do not stand up because the holder is long and narrow and the utensils and silverware do not dry properly.
