robust packaging, simple setup

Nice little unit, just plug it in and load the driver. Gives sharp 1920 X 1080 VGA display good enough for HD. Just be sure Windows is set to support USB 3.0 on the port you use if you only get 800 X 600. Windows 10 might have the ports at 2.0 to save power, check power settings. The other issue could be drivers, update your USB driver(s) and FL200 Fresco Logic. FL200-2.1.34054.0 works well.

Great Dual VGA

Dual monitors work fine with VGA so why buy HDMI for a 22 Inch screen, this is a good example of best deal for two monitors. Using Win 10 OS worked with generic buy to play it safe I download driver and updated.

Selling PAL CCTV labeled as NTSC means poor quality control just wrote it off a loss

Will not work in USA because CCTV was PAL format not NTSC
