A few little improvements, but an overall great purchase for the price

The battery life is outstanding, it's nice and lightweight, and the Chrome operating system is really easy to learn and get used to. A great little laptop for basic home or office use and spectacular for on-the-go use (even if you're not on wifi, as you can still access some documents). I'm also very impressed with the sound quality for a device on the cheaper end. But 4 instead of 5 stars because of a few details I think could be improved: the screen display quality is a little lower than what I expected, the charging port can be finicky, the keyboard isn't backlit so it's hard to see in low light, and the laptop doesn't physically open very smoothly, you have to pry the top and bottom apart a bit. But none of these would deter me from making the purchase again. An overall great buy for the price and to get the simple jobs done.
