1 of 1 found this helpful The sound is great and connectivity and set up super easy - I didn't read instructions and it was virtually self explanatory. Recharging dock is fantastic, efficient. Just takes some getting used to to get a good fit in the ear - I find I am still adjusting them a fair bit but I am used to wearing apple earbuds and they are totally different - these are noise cancelling (another great bonus) I think the rating will elevate over the coming months as I get used to them
