BMW 1 series rear wiper motor
I can thoroughly recommend this replacement rear wiper motor for the E87 BMW 1 series. I took my original one off and dismantled it and thought I could just regrease it, but once you take your original one apart you’ll see what 10 years of water will do to it! It’s worth just buying one of these rather than trying to bodge an old one, as the replacement will be lots better, won’t leak when reassembled, and will probably last another 10 years. The new motor didn’t come with the washer jet, but it wasn’t difficult to remove the old one and reuse it. It’s not too difficult to remove the old motor either, just look for a video on YouTube-that’s how I did it.

VAX Compact V-002 Vacuum Cleaner
A very nice looking small vacuum cleaner. It is very quiet compared to bagless cleaners. It is very lightweight and comes with all the attachments you would need. The only downside is the bags are quite small, but you would expect that due to the size of it.

Grey wheel paint
If you combine this paint over some good quality etch primer it goes on really well. Mine lasted well over winter without a top coat of lacquer, as I wanted a matte look. If I was going to paint some alloys again I would definitely use e-tech wheel paint.
