Multiples...
After buying my first one a couple of years of ago, I have bought several more of them and have ultimately given a couple away to friends, especially given the fact they are relatively inexpensive. In the middle of October, we experienced massive wildfires in Napa, Sonoma (California) and surrounding areas, we lost cell service and in some areas regular phone service, I bought a total of four more so my family and I can communicate in the event of a natural disaster. They are simple and easy to use, however, I suggest using either CHIRP (free software) for programming or RT Systems ($50 for software/cable) for programming.
