The fat free way to cook
Do you use a fry-pan to cook?
Then you are cooking in fat.
There is a better way to cook and it is with this little beauty.
I have been using one for years as I got sick of cooking in fat, there had to be a better way.
And this is it. Fat just falls off the meat onto the bottom of the bowl, you will be amazed to see how much fat collects there.
You don't even have to thaw the meat before cooking it, I can get a small frozen chicken and be eating it in 90 minutes time.
Do yourself a favor and get one of these and stop cooking your food in fat, cook without it wallowing in fat from now on.

Netgear R6250 router
The first thing I did when I got this router was to install the latest DD-WRT 'Kong'
it made a great router into a grouse router
