Great beginner workouts for strength and core training.

These videos are a great set from Leslie Sansone. Known for her walking videos, these focus on strength training. For the upper and lower body strength training, you will need to have a sturdy chair and light weights (2 to 5 lbs to start) to exercise the arms, shoulders and back on the upper body portion. For the lower body portion you will need a mat or towel and ankle weights for the legs, hips, and thighs. For the ab workout, these exercises will really challenge the core and back muscles. So glad to find them!
