  Communication was efficient however quite rude. I selected the wrong colour and requested colour advice within minutes of purchase and was denied a change in colour despite the change being the same price. This could have been rectified easily.

  You purchased a shade that you didn't want and asked to change it, we informed you that we can't send out a different shade to what was purchased, eBay's policies, not ours. To easily rectify your issue would be to cancel and repurchase. You asked for shade comparisons and we informed you that it's the second photo on the listing for you to look through and decide.
