The Russians are coming The Russians are coming!
Hollywood should never try to do a remake of this movie because it cannot be improved on. The casting is perfect. Even though such an incident is outlandish, each character is believable (even the absurd ones).
It was made during the cold war (1965), and it really is a "peacenik" movie.
Even for a "hawkish right-winger" like myself, I consider it one of my favorite movies. No one should be put off by watching it.
Most props are quite good. Special Effects are not needed. The quality of the cinematography is flawless and looks as good as anything made to-day.
This is one of the best movies ever made. It is almost too funny.

Parallel KJV/NKJV Bible.
This book is a very good tool for sharing Christ with others, as well as for personal study. It has the irreplacable King James text with the newer NKJV, page for page. "For verily, we speak not in like manner of them of old." But the Word of God never changes. And the center column cross reference makes it unique among Parallel Bibles
