Due to VERY poor packaging, one of the decorations arrived broken. I sent a photo asking for a replacement. They said they would send one. Nothing arrived. They again said they would send one and would keep me informed. Again nothing. They dragged this out so that the Ebay 30 day guarantee period had expired. NOTHING arrived. I asked for a refund. NOTHING. They said I should return the item and they would refund me. Yeh, right! I asked for a returns label. NOTHING. They are NOT to be trusted.
