Does what it says on the tin!
As I can experience IBS from time to time I always keep a couple of tea bags with me . At the first signs of a flare up I take this .it's stops it in its tracks.

lovely soft cover and good quality but has a design flaw.
its very awkward to fill as its twists. Bought for my elderly mum but it is not suitable for her to fill as she would scald herself.
