That's exactly what it is
I am only half way through as the book is full of specific details about the environment for cancer and provides solid data on what individuals can do to bout their diet and lifestyle to counter the effects of the many changes that have occurred in our outside world that have a direct impact on our own health.
There are many references and quotes throughout the book supporting conclusions reached by the writer, the only drawback to this is that it was printed in 2009 and much has changed in the world of cancer in the last 10 years and if only for the sake of completeness it would be nice to know if later research confirms what the writer has learned.

Time will tell,
It does what it is designed to do, acceptable quality but not good value for money. Too early to comment on its longevity as to whether it stands up to the harsh Ozzie environment..

Trial 1.4x Extender
I trialed the extender whole photographing birds. It was matched to Canon 7D Mark ii with a 100 - 400ml lens. The photos were of acceptable quality but lacked the clarity of the lens without extender. I need another trial using a tripod that should eliminate any human factors.
