NPR Fascinating, moody, listenable journey into old age
While quite different from the later CDs by Greenberger, most of which integrate the music more fully into the spoken-word selections, Duplex Planet Hour is a wonderful collection of some of his earliest stories from the Duplex Planet magazine. Terry Adams's piano (along with a stellar band) brings vibrancy and a range of moods to the interludes between the stories - almost as though the compositions were characters themselves. But the stories are why I listen. Sometimes revealing the edge of dementia, the stream of conscious tales are often more touching and and tender than humorous. Greenberger brings respect for the characters he reveals and shares. I love these people. I always want more. Check out 1001 Real Apes with music from Birdsongs of the Mesozoic. That has some of these older stories as well but with the music full integrated so it's sort of like a theatrical presentation. Some of the same stories appear in both places - but such different treatments - I enjoy them both.

Every day essential
My absolute go-to product for everyday skin care. Essential to protect against sun damage - great for those with rosacea or cutaneous lupus who have to be extra careful about exposure. A little dab is enough, warmed in the hands, to cover the face with a creamy, non-greasy layer of protection. The titanium white will make you appear just a bit paler until it is absorbed into the skin. Use a little extra to cover your neck and chest. I wish I had this a couple decades ago, I wish I understood how much damage the sun would do, and how apparent it would become in my 40s.

Great sports bra for a full figure
Comfort, support and coverage - everything I expect in a sports bra - with shaping and separating so you can wear it under Ts or blouses and still look good. Worth have a few of them if you are a runner or sweat during workouts.
