Good value
Installation and initialization went like a dance. No drivers was needed and the windows found and install it at the first time after rebooting (Windows 7 Ultimate SP1).
I have to mention that the SMA Male connection on the antennas are too thick and may causing problem if you have graphic card or other PCI-cards installed nearby.

Poor quality
Had ordered two pieces delivered consecutively. One was completely functional, the other one was broken, with no visible damage to the ballet. The first impression is a poorly manufactured china product. The box and the bracket are made of thin (0.4mm) aluminum sheet, the screws were poorly tightened. The broken one had few pieces that were loose in the box, the red laser beem bracket was broken, the mirror and the microphone had loosened from their places (poorly glued).
I had to pick apart the broken one and glue the loose/broken parts and reassemble it again.
I do not recommend it.

Picks falling off
The material is hard plastic and NOT rubber as it says in description, that means it's not "sticky" as rubber. The gap is too big and pick falling off all the time, you have to have several picks in every gap.
