It cracks around the rim (brittle). Clear plastic (not frosted). Tip can be blinding.
I got this (Nitecore NDF25 wand diffuser) for my TN12, as it says it fits 25.4mm bezels, and it was a perfect fit. Not tight, but not so loose it would easily fall off. Since it is all hard plastic there is no flexibility, so the fit has to be perfect. Another 25.4mm bezel light I tried was just barely too big, but it might as well have been a foot.
After a few days, small cracks started forming all around the rim, many a cm or longer. I started hearing a cracking sound too when I put it on, which I've done just a couple of dozen times. It still fits the same, but I've wrapped it with tape just in case. Not sure how long it will last.
Its "cousin", the Nitecore NFD25 lens diffuser (not a wand), uses a flexible rubber ring to fit around the bezel, stays on great, comes off easy, and looks like it will last forever. I wish they had done something similar with this.
Since the plastic is more clear than frosted, it's not as diffuse as it could be. This also means the light concentrates at the tip and reflects from there, instead of emitting more from the entire length. If you go outside (due to your night vision) the tip can be blinding, like if you were pointing your flashlight at your face, and I find myself holding it as far to the edge of my peripheral vision as I can. Not very useful.
UPDATE: I took eirikand666's advice and scuffed it all up with a file and emery board to make it more "frosted". Works a little better now.
